 IT Technician, Level I (Marietta, GA)

This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking toIT Technician, Level I (Marietta, GA) further their IT knowledge with a growing organization.

Position Overview
• Desktop Support will be the primary job focus. This includes both hardware and software troubleshooting for on-site and remote users.
• Position may entail managing cable installations and office relocations
• Test, learn and evaluate software and hardware.
• Handle special projects as assigned.
• Some shared after hours on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• This is a contract to perm position (40 hours/week)

Qualifications
• Ability to organize and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision
• Experience managing cable installations a huge plus
• Experience supporting multiple users in an office environment
• Strong Desktop PC support skills, with an emphasis on Microsoft OS/Applications
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Excellent documentation, customer service and well developed verbal and written communication skills
• Some experience with Active Directory and Exchange administration
• Ability to lift and, or move various computer equipment

IT Technician, Level II (Marietta, GA)

This is a great opportunity for someone who has some enterprise/server experience and wants to further their knowledge and career in the IT industry.

Position Overview
• User, Network and Server Support will be the primary job focus. This includes both hardware and software troubleshooting for on-site and remote users.
• Position may entail managing cable installations and office relocations
• Test, learn, evaluate, and support software and hardware.
• Handle multiple special projects as assigned.
• Support Lower Tier team members as required.
• Some shared after hours on-call responsibilities as assigned.
• This is a contract to perm position (40 hours/week)

Qualifications
• Strong Server support skills with an emphasis on Windows Server 2003 and 2008
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in an office environment is required.
• Experience supporting wired and wireless Local Area Networks is required.
• Basic knowledge of VLANS, routing, and subnetting is required.
• Experience supporting Wide Area Networks is a plus
• Experience with Active Directory and Exchange Server administration is required.
• Ability to organize and execute responsibilities with minimal supervision.
• Strong Desktop PC support skills, with an emphasis on Windows XP.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
